Vincent M. Cafarelli, DMD, started his path to a career in dental health when he attended the prestigious Bronx High School of Science. He then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Biology/Pre-Med at Manhattan College. After a year of graduate level work at Fairleigh Dickinson University, he was accepted into the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine.
In 2001 he attained his DMD and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in the top ten percent of his class. After returning home to New York Dr. Cafarelli attended a year long residency at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx where he furthered his dental education under the direction of many of the nation’s top dental specialists in their fields. In 2004 Dr. Cafarelli completed rigorous training at Montefiore Hospital to satisfy the New York State requirements to become licensed to practice sedation in the office. He continues to perfect his craft through the many hours of continuing education that he attends regularly.
Dr. Cafarelli enjoys spending his free time with his wife Nicole and daughters Gianna and Mackenzie. He also enjoys snowboarding in the winter.
